If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, you may submit a refund request for our review.
Refund requests may be submitted for the following cases:
- Incorrect parking fee calculation
- Duplicate charges
- System or network errors
- Unauthorised transactions
Refunds are not applicable for:
- Valid parking sessions with correct charges
- User error (e.g. wrong vehicle, wrong payment method)
- Expired or unpaid parking sessions

Bank Cards / DuitNow QR / eWallet Direct / Parking Apps

- Vehicle Plate Number (for LPR sites)
- Transaction Date & Time
- Payment Method
- Amount Charged
- Supporting evidence (e.g. receipt, screenshot)
Incomplete submissions may delay processing.
- Standard review period: within 14 working days
- Timeline starts upon receipt of complete information
- Complex cases involving banks or payment providers may take longer
If Successful
- Full refund will be processed to the original payment method
- Refund timing depends on the respective bank or payment provider
If Unsuccessful
- A reason will be provided for transparency
- Refunds may involve non-recoverable transaction fees (MDR) depending on the stage of settlement
- Levis Pay acts as a payment aggregator, and certain transactions are subject to third-party processing timelines
- For fraud or scam-related cases, users are advised to lodge a police report
