If you believe you have been incorrectly charged, you may submit a refund request for our review.

  • Unauthorised transactions

Refunds are not applicable for:

  • Valid parking sessions with correct charges
  • User error (e.g. wrong vehicle, wrong payment method)
  • Expired or unpaid parking sessions
